EIM Bearing prepared a set of thrust roller bearing samples for a customer in Romania. The assemblies in the supplied shipment photographs show roller-and-cage components and matching washer rings. For a sample project, clear identification and protection of the rolling surfaces are just as important as shipping speed.
Product and Inspection
Before dispatch, the project documentation describes checks of the inner and outer diameters, roller arrangement and raceway surface condition against the agreed sample requirements. These checks help the receiving team compare the physical sample with the drawings and expected fit.
Packing for Courier Transit
The sample sets were individually protected using plastic wrapping and cushioning materials. The packing approach was intended to reduce contact, contamination and abrasion during handling.
What the Customer Receives
