Yes. EIM Bearing can arrange customized product markings, such as company logos, bearing model numbers or identification codes, subject to the bearing design and marking requirements.

Sample requests are evaluated based on the bearing model, availability and project requirements. Please tell us which bearing you need and how you plan to evaluate it. We will confirm whether samples are available and discuss any associated costs and delivery arrangements.

Mixed-model orders can be arranged subject to product availability, order quantities and production requirements.

Quotation turnaround time depends on the completeness of the technical information and the complexity of the request. Our team will confirm the expected response time for your specific request.

The production lead time is approximately 60 days under the current arrangement, subject to the bearing model, order quantity and production requirements. Production scheduling and the estimated completion date will be confirmed after the order details and payment terms have been agreed.

We carry out quality inspections according to the applicable product specifications and agreed requirements. Depending on the bearing type, inspection and testing may include dimensional checks, roundness measurement, surface roughness measurement and other relevant performance tests. The specific inspection procedures depend on the product and the requirements agreed upon for each order.

Inspection reports and test records can be discussed based on the bearing model and project requirements. If your purchasing or quality team requires specific documentation, please identify the required tests, inspection items and acceptance criteria before placing the order. Our standard payment arrangement for applicable orders is T/T, with a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% payable against a copy of the bill of lading (B/L). Other payment methods may be considered subject to confirmation and mutual agreement.

Yes. We can coordinate shipping through our freight-forwarding partners and provide a CIF quotation upon request, subject to the destination and shipment details.

Shipments may be arranged through Qingdao, Dalian or Shanghai port, depending on the order and logistics requirements.

EIM Bearing uses different packaging methods according to bearing size and shipping requirements:

Large bearings: Bearings are wrapped in oil paper and protected with internal cushioning materials to help reduce damage from impacts during handling and transportation. Wooden frames provide external support and protection.

Small bearings: Bearings are wrapped in oil paper and packed in cardboard cartons to protect their surfaces and facilitate handling.

Customized packaging: We can discuss packaging tailored to your order, including specific labels, part numbers, identification marks, additional cushioning and moisture-protection requirements.

Please share any special packaging instructions during the quotation stage so the materials, packing method and any additional costs can be confirmed before shipment.

We can discuss international shipping arrangements based on the destination, order size and required delivery method. Depending on the shipment, suitable options may include sea freight or other transport methods.
